Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:

• Approved return after inspection
• Order cancelled before shipment
• Product unavailable after payment

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Bank processing may take an additional 2–5 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through UPI or bank transfer.

Refunds will not be issued if:

• Product has been used
• Return request exceeds the allowed time window
• Product damage is due to misuse
