Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following situations:

• Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery
• Damaged product received
• Incorrect product delivered

Product must be unused
Product must be in original packaging
Proof of purchase must be provided

Opened air fresheners
Used products
Products without original packaging
Products damaged due to misuse

To claim any issue related to a damaged product, missing items, or wrong product, customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded while opening the package.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
